I liked the ability to confirm the parts produced by the search would fit the Smeg fridge/freezer. I opted for Hotpoint part which was substantially cheaper. I can't see any difference to original once fitted. Kept updated regarding progress of order and it arrived within time frame stated. No issues what so ever. Very happy with whole experience and will revisit should need arise.
